Definitions

“Mod” — Taj’s Mod in any form (source, scripts, binaries, assets, configs, documentation), including any updates.
“Official Source” — the official distribution page(s) and official repository controlled by the copyright holder.
“You” — any person or entity using the Mod.
“Redistribution” — sharing, rehosting, mirroring, bundling, repackaging, or otherwise making the Mod available to others (even for free).
  • “Derivative Work” — any modified version of the Mod, or any work based on the Mod’s code/assets/configs/docs.

  • Permission to Use

    You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Mod only for personal gameplay.
    This license does not transfer ownership. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

    Redistribution and Rehosting (Not Allowed)

    Redistribution is NOT permitted, including but not limited to:
    Reuploading the Mod to any website, repository, Discord, cloud drive, or “mirror”.
    Sharing the Mod as a direct download (zip, archive, installer, etc.).
    Bundling the Mod into modpacks/collections that distribute files (public or private) without explicit written permission.
    Publishing “fixed”, “optimized”, “translated”, “ported”, or otherwise modified builds.
    You may share links to the Official Source instead of rehosting files.

    Modification and Derivative Works (Restricted)

    You may modify the Mod only for private, personal use, unless Section 8 (“Contributions & Pull Requests”) applies.
    You may not publish, distribute, or share any Derivative Work without explicit written permission, except as allowed for PR submissions to the Official Source.

    Commercial Use (Not Allowed)

    You may not:
    Sell the Mod or any part of it.
    Monetize access to the Mod (paywalls, “donor builds”, paid early access, etc.).
  • Use the Mod or its parts in any commercial product, service, or commission.

  • Streaming, Videos, Screenshots, and Content Creation (Allowed)

    You are allowed to use the Mod in videos, livestreams, shorts, screenshots, tutorials, reviews, etc.
    Credit is not required, but appreciated.
    Do not provide rehosted downloads. If you share a download link, it must point to the Official Source.

    No Impersonation / Misrepresentation

    You may not:
    Claim authorship of the Mod.
    Remove or alter author attribution notices (where they exist).
  • Present the Mod or Derivative Works as “official” or endorsed by the game developers.

  • ---

    Contributions & Pull Requests (Allowed, With Conditions)

    To encourage community contributions (features, bug fixes, translations, documentation), the copyright holder grants you limited permission to:
    1. Create a fork of the Official Source solely for the purpose of preparing and submitting a Pull Request (PR) back to the Official Source.
    2. Modify the fork as needed to produce your PR (including translations, new features, refactors, fixes).
    3. Submit PRs to the Official Source.

    8.1 Limits for forks and PR work
    You may keep a fork public on the same hosting platform used by the Official Source only as necessary to submit PRs.
    You may not publish releases, compiled builds, modpacks, or downloadable archives from your fork.
    You may not market your fork as an alternative distribution of the Mod.
    Any non-PR distribution remains prohibited under Sections 3–4.

    8.2 Contributor License Grant
    By submitting a PR (or any contribution) to the Official Source, you represent that you have the right to submit it, and you grant the copyright holder a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to:
    use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and publicly display your contribution
    as part of the Mod (and its future versions), in any form (source/binary), on any platform.
    You acknowledge the copyright holder may:
    accept or reject contributions for any reason
    edit, rework, or partially use contributions

  • relicense the Mod in the future (your contribution included), at their discretion
  • 8.3 No Obligation
    There is no obligation to merge or support any contribution.

    Termination

    Any violation of this license automatically terminates your permission to use the Mod. After termination, you must delete all copies in your possession.

    Any assets, names, trademarks, and references related to Upload Labs remain the property of their respective owners.
    This Mod is a fan-created project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the game developers/publishers.

    THE MOD IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

    Limitation of Liability
